INTEGRATION ELEMENT FOR A WIND TURBINE BLADE

Abstract

The invention relates to an integration element (76) designed for integration into the housing structure of a wind turbine rotor blade (10), the element having a wedge-shaped portion (85). The integration element (76) comprises a fiber material and a bonding agent, the fiber material being at least partially bonded by means of the bonding agent. The element exhibits improved structural flexibility and elasticity, resulting in fewer creases forming during blade manufacturing. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the integration element (76), a method for manufacturing a wind turbine rotor blade (10) using the integration element (76), and a wind turbine blade (10) obtainable by said method.<!--endfragment-->
