Abstract

The present invention relates to nanospheres comprising a polymer matrix and antigen-binding esterase molecules removably incorporated therein, and coated with targeting molecules that enhance cellular absorption of the nanospheres. The polymer matrix is formed of poly(alkyl cyanoacrylates) and / or their alkoxy derivatives. The invention further relates to methods for preparing and compositions comprising such nanospheres.
