Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for securing (1) a first panel, such as a heat exchanger (2), to one face (30) of a second panel, such as a photovoltaic panel (3). It is characterized in that it comprises a member provided with elastic return means movable between a passive position and an active position corresponding to the operating position of the securing device (1), and, on the other hand, means for assembling said member to said first panel or said second panel, said assembly means being capable of placing the elastic return means in their active position in which, in its operating position, said securing device (1) exerts on said first panel (2) placed against the face (30) of the second panel (3) a force directed towards said second panel (3).The invention also relates to a hybrid solar system obtained using such a bonding device, as well as a method of obtaining such a hybrid solar system by means of such a bonding device.
