Abstract

An antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) based on a human antibody-binding antibody and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the ADC for use in the treatment of cancer, including the administration to a subject of a weekly dose of approximately 0.45 mg / kg to approximately 2.0 mg / kg of ADC once weekly for three consecutive weeks, followed by a one-week rest period without any ADC administration, so that the duration of each cycle is 28 days, including the rest period.
