Abstract

The present invention relates to methods for preparing a powdered food product and to powdered food products obtainable by these methods. The invention also relates to methods for preparing a food stock and to food stocks obtainable by these methods, as well as to methods for preparing a food broth, food broths obtainable by means of these methods, and a device for preparing such food broths. The methods and the products obtainable by these methods are useful in the culinary field of broth and stock preparation.
