Abstract

The invention relates to an element control system comprising at least one element source (1) comprising randomly arranged elements (erij; i = line number; j = element position in line); a plurality of source output lines (s1, s2, s3, s4), associated with at least one source (1); a synchronization station (2) comprising a plurality of synchronization channels (ch1, ch2, ch3, ch4) in which each source line of the plurality (s1, s2, s3, s4) can be associated with one or more of the synchronization channels (ch1, ch2, ch3, ch4); in which at least the synchronization channels (ch1, ch2, ch3, ch4) comprise a plurality of synchronized transport means (mij) configured to support and move first groupable elements eu1ij, said synchronized transport means (mij) comprising corresponding independent drive means (mmij);a processing unit (3) configured to start and synchronize the functions of one or more of at least the source of elements (1), the plurality of source output lines (s1, s2, s3, s4) and the synchronization station (2) in which the processing unit (u) includes a synchronization module (37) configured to independently send to each drive means (mmij) one of a setting signal (sn1) of a predefined speed (v) or stop signal (sn3). The invention further includes a method for controlling elements describing the functions of the corresponding system.
