Description

[0001] The present invention relates to packaging of the type comprising a tray and a sleeve inside which the tray is mounted to slide along a longitudinal direction, the packaging further comprising at least one tamper-evident seal, said tamper-evident seal comprising: a first section attached to the tray, and a second section linked by at least one line of weakness to the sheath.

[0002] The invention also relates to a blank for forming such packaging.

[0003] The invention applies more particularly to the packaging of individual portions of packaged food products, for example, but not limited to: portions of dairy products such as but not limited to cheese, products comprising a cheese base and / or a dairy base, portions of dairy substitute products, portions of composite products comprising at least one dairy base and at least one other non-dairy base, for example a cereal base, portions of food products based on plant materials, portions of confectionery or chocolate products, portions of cooking aid products such as bouillon cubes or derivatives.

[0004] Products contained in packaging consisting of a tray mounted to slide into a sleeve are commonly the subject of theft, particularly in supermarket aisles, since this packaging can be opened and closed simply by sliding the tray out of the sleeve and then back into the sleeve.

[0005] To address this, packaging equipped with a tamper-evident seal is known.

[0006] For example, EP 1 652 781 is known to describe packaging comprising a tray and a tubular sleeve equipped with a tamper-evident seal. The tray has an end closure structure. A detachable part of the sleeve works with the end closure structure to prevent access to the tray when the packaging is intact.

[0007] However, such packaging requires the design of a complex and expensive tray, as well as the use of a significant quantity of raw materials. Furthermore, the resulting packaging is bulkier than packaging without a tamper-evident seal.

[0008] EP 1 637 460 and US 2009 / 0261155 also describe packages comprising a tray and a tubular sleeve inside which the tray is mounted to slide, each package having a tamper-evident seal.

[0009] In EP 1 637 460, the tamper-evident seal consists of a tear strip formed by a portion attached to the tray and folded over the sleeve. To open the packaging, a user must tear off the strip, then grasp the tray and remove it from the sleeve.

[0010] In DE202009015393U1, the tamper-evident seal is formed in an end portion of a side wall of the sleeve, in the interior of which a circular line of weakness delimits a disc glued to the tray.

[0011] In US 2009 / 0261155, the tamper-evident seal consists of two tabs, each formed from a portion of the tray and the sleeve, folded over and glued to the sleeve. To open the package, the user must peel the tabs from the sleeve, tear them off the packaging, then grasp the tray and remove it from the sleeve.

[0012] One objective of the invention is to facilitate opening the packaging and removing the tray from the sleeve. Another objective is to limit the quantity of raw materials used, as well as the cost of the packaging.

[0013] For this purpose, the invention relates to packaging of the aforementioned type, having the characteristics defined in claim 1.

[0014] According to particular embodiments of the invention, the packaging also has one or more of the following characteristics, taken individually or in any technically feasible combination(s):The sheath comprises a base, a roof, and two side walls connecting the base to the roof, the sheath having at least one notch formed in one of the roof, the base, and at least one of the two side walls of the sheath; the second section of the tamper-evident seal is housed in the notch or one of the notches; the notch comprises a first region occupied by the tamper-evident seal and a second region left free; the tray comprises a front end panel in the longitudinal direction, the first section of the tamper-evident seal being integral with said front end panel; the first section of the tamper-evident seal is connected to the second section of the tamper-evident seal by a line of weakness; the first section of the tamper-evident seal has a T-shape, a semi-discoidal shape, a quadrangular shape, a rounded shape, or an oval shape; The tamper-evident seal is formed by a part with the sheath and is folded over the tray; the tamper-evident seal is formed by a part with the tray and is folded over the sheath.

[0015] The invention also relates to a blank for forming such packaging.

[0016] Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description, given solely by way of example and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: THE Figures 1 et 2 are top views respectively of a first part and a second part of a flan, presented flat, to form packaging according to a first preferred embodiment of the invention, the Figure 3 is a perspective view, from the front and bottom, of a package formed with the side of the Figures 1 et 2 With the packaging closed, the Figure 4 is a view similar to that of the Figure 3 the packaging being partially open, the Figures 5 et 6 are top views respectively of a first part and a second part of a flan, presented flat, to form packaging according to a second embodiment of the invention, the Figure 7 is a perspective view, from the front and top, of a package formed with the side of the Figures 5 et 6 , the packaging being closed, and the Figure 8 is a view similar to that of the Figure 7 the packaging being partially open, the Figures 9 et 10 are top views respectively of a first part and a second part of a flan, presented flat, to form packaging according to a third embodiment of the invention, the Figure 11 is a perspective view, from the front and top, of a package formed with the side of the Figures 9 et 10 , the packaging being closed, and the Figure 12 is a view similar to that of the Figure 11 the packaging being partially open.

[0017] The flan 10 of figures 1 et 2 is intended for the construction of the 200 packaging Figures 3 et 4 . To this end, the blank 10 comprises a first part 12, represented on the Figure 1 , specifically designed for the construction of a tray 14 ( Figure 3 ) of the 200 package, and a second part 16 shown on the Figure 2 specifically designed for the construction of a tubular sheath 18 ( Figure 3 ) of the 200 package.

[0018] Here and thereafter, the terms "tube" and "tubular" are to be understood in all their possible senses and are not limited to the cylindrical shape of revolution. Thus, once formed, the sheath 18 has a cross-section of any technically feasible shape. Preferably, the sheath 18 has a rectangular cross-section.

[0019] The 10' flan of figures 5 et 6 is intended for the construction of the 200' packaging of Figures 7 et 8 . For this purpose, the 10' flan comprises a first part 12', represented on the Figure 5 , specifically designed for the construction of a 14' tray ( Figure 7 ) of the 200' packaging, and a second 16' part shown on the Figure 6 specifically designed for the construction of an 18' tubular sheath ( Figure 7 ) of the 200' packaging.

[0020] The first parts 12, 12' of the blanks 10 and 10' are identical. Thus, the description of the first part 12 of the blank 10, given here with reference to the Figure 1 , is also applicable to the first part 12' of the 10' flan.

[0021] The first part 12 is elongated along a first longitudinal direction L 1.

[0022] Preferably, the first part 12 is made mostly of cardboard. According to another embodiment, the first part is made mostly of rigid plastic.

[0023] The first part 12 advantageously has a total thickness of between 100 and 2500 microns when unfolded, preferably between 200 and 800 microns.

[0024] The first part 12 comprises a main region 20 and two end regions 22 arranged on either side of the main region 20 along the longitudinal direction L 1.

[0025] The main region 20 typically has a general rectangular shape.

[0026] The main region 20 comprises three panels 24, 26, 28 side by side, a central panel 24 and two lateral panels 26, 28 arranged on either side of the central panel 24 along a first transverse direction T 1 substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L 1.

[0027] The three panels 24, 26, 28 are connected to each other by longitudinal fold lines 30, 32 extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction L 1.

[0028] The central panel 24 is intended to form a base 34 ( Figure 4 ) of the tray 14, and the two side panels 26, 28 are intended to form two side walls 56, 58 ( Figure 4 ) opposite of tray 14.

[0029] Preferably, the two side panels 26, 28 are of substantially identical shape and size.

[0030] The end regions 22 are connected to the main region 20 by transverse folding lines 40, 41 extending along the transverse direction T 1.

[0031] Preferably, the end regions 22 are, as shown, symmetrical to each other with respect to a median transverse plane (not shown) of the first part 12.

[0032] Typically, each end region 22 comprises an end closure flap 42 and two longitudinal flaps 44 placed on either side of the end closure flap 42 along the transverse direction T1. The end closure flap 22 is connected to the main region 20 by a first transverse fold line 40, and each of the longitudinal flaps 44 is connected by a second transverse fold line 41 to a respective side panel 26, 28.

[0033] The end closure flap 42 comprises two panels 46, 48 side by side along the longitudinal direction L 1. Subsequently, the panel 46 connected to the main region 20 is called proximal panel 46, the other panel 48 being called distal panel 48.

[0034] The distal panel 48 and the proximal panel 46 are connected by a fold line 50 extending substantially parallel to the transverse direction T 1.

[0035] The distal panel 48 and the proximal panel 46 have substantially identical dimensions so that they can be folded over each other.

[0036] Preferably, the distal panel 48 includes two locking teeth 52 intended to engage in slots 54 formed in the fold line 40 between the end closing flap 42 and the central panel 24 of the main region 20.

[0037] To assemble tray 14 of Figures 3 et 4 or the 14' tray of Figures 7 et 8 , the flaps 44 are first raised along an elevation direction (not shown), perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L 1 and transverse direction T 1, following the folding lines 41.

[0038] The side panels 26, 28 of the main region 20 are then raised along the elevation direction and along the folding lines 30, 32 to form the side walls 56, 58 of the tray 14. In doing so, the flaps 44 tilt into a position where they are oriented transversely.

[0039] The end closing flaps 42 are then raised along the elevation direction following the folding lines 40, so that the proximal panel 46 of each flap 42 comes into contact with the flaps 44.

[0040] Finally, the distal panel 48 of each end-closing flap 42 is folded down onto the associated proximal panel 46 at the level of the fold line 50, with the locking teeth 52 engaging in the corresponding slots 54. In doing so, the flaps 44 become trapped between the distal panel 48 and the lateral panel 46 of each end-closing flap 42, thus locking the side walls 56, 58 in the upright position.

[0041] The 14, 14' trays are therefore simple to assemble.

[0042] With reference to Figures 2 And 6 , the second parts 16, 16' of the flanks 10 and 10' are each elongated along a second longitudinal direction L 2.

[0043] Preferably, the second parts 16, 16' are composed mainly of cardboard. According to another embodiment, the second part 16, 16' is composed mainly of rigid plastic.

[0044] Each second part 16, 16' advantageously has a total thickness between 100 and 2500 microns when unfolded, preferably between 200 and 800 microns.

[0045] Each second part 16, 16' comprises a main region 80 and a tab 82 forming a tamper-evident witness connected to the main region 80.

[0046] The main region 80 comprises four panels 84, 86, 88, 90 and a connecting terminal strip 92 arranged side by side. The four panels 84, 86, 88, 90 and the connecting terminal strip 92 are connected to each other by fold lines 94, 96, 98, 100 extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction L2.

[0047] The four panels 90, 86, 84, 88 are intended to form respectively a background 102 ( Figures 3 And 8 ), a roof 104 ( Figures 3 And 8 ) opposite the bottom 102 and two side walls 106, 108 ( Figures 3 And 8) connecting the bottom 102 to the roof 104 of the sleeve 18, 18'. Alternatively, panel 86 is intended to form the bottom 102 of the sleeve 18, 18', and panel 90 is intended to form the roof 104.

[0048] According to the example shown, the panels 86, 90 intended to form the roof 104 and the bottom 102 of the sheath 18 have substantially identical dimensions.

[0049] According to the example shown, the panels 84, 88 intended to form the two side walls 106, 108 have substantially identical dimensions.

[0050] In this description, the bottom 102 and the roof 104 of the sheath 18 are defined with respect to the tray 14 when it is inserted into the sheath 18, the base 34 of the tray 14 facing the bottom 102 of the sheath 18, and the open part of the tray 14 facing the roof 104 of the sheath 18.

[0051] Panels 84, 86, 88, 90 are dimensioned so that, once assembled, tray 14 can be mounted sliding into sleeve 18.

[0052] The main region 80 comprises a first longitudinal end edge 109a called the front longitudinal end edge 109a and a second longitudinal end edge called the rear longitudinal end edge 109b opposite the front longitudinal end edge 109a.

[0053] The tab 82 is attached to the main region 80. Preferably, the tab 82 is formed in one piece with said main region 80.

[0054] The tongue 82 comprises a first free section 110 and a second section 112 connected to the main region 80. In particular, the first section 110 and the second section 112 are juxtaposed to each other along a first direction of the tongue 82 and each extend over the entire width of the tongue 82 along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.

[0055] In the specific case of the first embodiment, represented on the Figure 2 The first section 110 has a T-shape. In the particular case of the second embodiment, shown on the figure 6 The first section 110 has a rectangular shape. Alternatively, the first section 110 has another shape, for example a semi-discoidal shape, a quadrangular shape, a rounded shape, or an oval shape.

[0056] The second section 112 has a first end 114 linked to the first section 110 and a second free end 116 called the gripping end 116 opposite to the first end 114.

[0057] In the specific case of the first embodiment, represented on the figure 2 , the second section 112 of the tongue 82 is linked to the first section 110 by a fold line 118 extending substantially parallel to the transverse direction T 2 along the first end 114.

[0058] In the specific case of the second embodiment, represented on the figure 6 , the first section 110 is connected to the second section 112 of the tongue 82 by a line of weakness 118' extending substantially parallel to the transverse direction T 2 along the first end 114. Said line of weakness 118' is typically formed by a pre-cut in the cardboard forming the second part 16'.

[0059] The second section 112 is linked to the main region by at least one line of weakness 120. These lines of weakness 120 are typically formed by pre-cuts in the cardboard forming the second part 16, 16'.

[0060] According to the invention, the line or each line of weakness 120 opens into one of the longitudinal end edges 109a, 109b of the main region 80, typically into the front longitudinal end edge 109a. In particular, the line or each line of weakness 120 extends longitudinally from the gripping end 116 of the second section 112 to said longitudinal end edge 109a, 109b into which it opens.

[0061] Thus, the exercise of a force on the gripping end 116 of the second section 112 of the tongue 82, the intensity of which is sufficient to break the line or each line of weakness 120 and the direction of which includes a longitudinal component, causes the breakage of the line or each line of weakness 120.

[0062] In the specific case of the first embodiment, represented on the figure 2 , the lines of weakness 120 are two in number, each opening into the front longitudinal end edge 109a and substantially form the two branches of a V whose point is formed by the gripping end 116.

[0063] In the specific case of the second embodiment, represented on the figure 6 , the lines of weakness 120 are two in number, each opening into the front longitudinal end edge 109a and are substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction L 2 . The second section 112 of the tongue 82 then has a substantially rectangular shape.

[0064] Preferably, the second parts 16, 16' of the sides 10 and 10' have at least one notch 122 formed in one of the panels 84, 86, 88, 90 of the main region 80, said notch 122 opening into one of the longitudinal end edges 109a, 109b of the main region 80, typically into the front longitudinal end edge 109a. In this description, the term "notch" means a small cut or groove.

[0065] The second section 112 of the tongue 82, more particularly the gripping end 116 of this second section 112, is housed in said notch 122 or in one of said notches 122.

[0066] Preferably, the notch 122 includes a first region 124 occupied by the tongue and a second region 126 left free.

[0067] The second free area 126 thus leaves a nail passage allowing a user to easily grasp the gripping end 116 of the tongue.

[0068] In the specific case of the first embodiment shown in the figure 2 , notch 122 is formed in panel 90 intended to form the bottom of sheath 18, the second section 112 of the tongue being housed in said notch 122.

[0069] In the specific case of the second embodiment shown in the figure 6 , the notch 122 is formed in one of the panels 84, 88 intended to form one of the side walls 106, 108 of the sheath 18, the second section 112 of the tongue 82 being housed in said notch 122.

[0070] To assemble the sheath 18 of the figures 3 et 4 , the four panels 84, 86, 88, 90 of the second part 16 of the blank 10 are folded down along the fold lines 94, 96, 98 to form a tube.

[0071] The terminal connecting strip 92 is folded down along the fold line 100 which connects it to the main region 80. It is fixed, for example glued, to the adjacent side wall 106 of the sleeve 18 so as to close the sleeve 18 laterally.

[0072] Thus, once the sheath 18 is assembled, the panel 90 of the second part 16 of the blank 10 constitutes the bottom 102 of the sheath 18, the panel 86 constitutes the roof 104, and the panels 84 and 88 constitute the side walls 106 and 108. In addition, the front longitudinal end edge 109a of the second part 16 of the blank 10 constitutes a front longitudinal end edge of the sheath 18, and the rear longitudinal end edge 109b constitutes a rear longitudinal end edge of the sheath 18.

[0073] In an alternative (not shown), panel 86 constitutes the base 102 of the sheath 18, and panel 90 constitutes the roof 104.

[0074] The 18' sheath of the Figures 7 et 8 is assembled in the same way as previously described for the 18 blank, the second part 16' of the 10' blank simply being substituted for the second part 16 of the 10 blank.

[0075] Thus, the assembly of the 18, 18' sleeves is very easy and easily mechanizable.

[0076] To form each of the 200 packages, 200' of figures 3, 4 And 7, 8 , the tray, respectively 14, 14', is first filled with a plurality of A articles ( Figure 8 ), then inserted into the corresponding sleeve, respectively 18, 18', so as to place the base 34 of the tray 14, 14' against the bottom 102 of the sleeve 18, 18' and to make the longitudinal directions L 1 and L 2 coincide, said longitudinal directions L 1 and L 2 forming a longitudinal direction L of the packaging 200, 200'.

[0077] Article A includes, for example, food products, in particular individually packaged portions of food products, for example but not limited to: portions of dairy products such as but not limited to cheese, products comprising a cheese base and / or a dairy base, portions of dairy substitute products, portions of composite products comprising at least one dairy base and at least one other non-dairy base, for example a cereal base, portions of food products based on plant materials, portions of confectionery or chocolate products, portions of cooking aid products such as bouillon cubes or derivatives.

[0078] The first section 110 of the tab 82 is then attached to the tray 14, 14', specifically at one of the two end panels 60 of said tray 14, 14', to seal the package 200 and form a tamper-evident seal. Typically, the first section 110 of the tab 82 is folded over and then glued to said end panel 60.

[0079] This panel 60 is called the front end panel 60 of the tray 14, 14'. It has a central zone 202 and two end zones 204, 206 arranged transversely on either side of the central zone 202.

[0080] Thus, in the example shown, when the package 200, 200' is sealed, there is a non-zero angle different from 180° between the first section 110 and the second section 112 of the tab 82. Moreover, the first section 110 belongs to a face of the package 200, 200' different from the face of the package 200, 200' to which the second section 112 belongs.

[0081] In the first embodiment, the first section 110 of the tongue 82 is made integral with the central area 202 of the front end panel 60. In the second embodiment, the first section 110 of the tongue 82 is made integral with one of the end areas 204, 206 of the front end panel 60.

[0082] The 200, 200' packages thus formed have a roughly parallelepiped shape.

[0083] To unseal these packages 200, 200', it is sufficient to grasp the second section 112 of the tab 82 by the gripping end 116 and detach it from the sleeve 18, 18' by breaking the line or each line of weakness 120 by exerting a force on the gripping end 116 of the second section 112 of the tab 82 whose intensity is sufficient to break the line or each line of weakness 120 and whose direction includes a longitudinal component causing the breakage of the line or each line of weakness 120, the second section 112 remaining linked to the first section 110 which itself remains glued to the tray 14, 14'.

[0084] The user can then slide the tray 14, 14' in a single longitudinal movement by pulling on the second section 112 of the tab 82 while continuing to exert force on the gripping end 116.

[0085] It should be noted on this occasion that the particular T-shape of the first section 110 in the particular case of the first embodiment allows in particular a better hold of the tab 82 on the tray 14 when the tray 14 is removed by pulling on the tab 82. As for the line of weakness 118' specific to the second embodiment, it allows the second section 112 to be easily detached from the packaging 200 once the latter has been opened.

[0086] The 200, 200' package, once opened, can be resealed by sliding the tray, respectively 14, 14', inside the sleeve, respectively 18, 18'.

[0087] For example, the package 200, 200' is closed by exerting a force on the gripping end 116 of the second section 112 of the tab 82 in the same direction and in the opposite direction to the force exerted when opening the package 200, 200'.

[0088] A 10" flan according to a third embodiment is shown on the figures 9 et 10 .

[0089] The 10" side of the figures 9 et 10 is intended for the construction of the 200" packaging of Figures 11 et 12 . For this purpose, the 10" blank comprises a first 12" section, shown on the Figure 9 , specifically designed for the construction of a 14" tray ( Figure 11 ) of the 200" packaging, and a second 16" part shown on the Figure 10 specifically designed for the construction of an 18" tubular sheath ( Figure 11 ) of the 200 package".

[0090] The first part 12" is elongated along a first longitudinal direction L" 1.

[0091] Preferably, the first 12" section is made mostly of cardboard. According to another embodiment, the first section is made mostly of rigid plastic.

[0092] The first 12" part advantageously has a total thickness between 100 and 2500 microns when unfolded, preferably between 200 and 800 microns.

[0093] The first part 12" comprises a main region 210, two end regions 212, 214 arranged on either side of the main region 210 along the longitudinal direction L" 1 and at least one tab 215 connected to at least one of the two end regions 214.

[0094] The main region 210 comprises five panels 216, 218, 220, 222, 224 side by side, a central panel 216 and four side panels 218, 220, 222, 224 arranged on either side of the central panel 216 along a first transverse direction T" 1 substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L" 1.

[0095] The five panels 216, 218, 220, 222, 224 are connected to each other by longitudinal fold lines 226, 228, 230, 232 extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction L" 1.

[0096] The central panel 216 is intended to form the base 234 ( Figure 12 ) of the 14" tray", and the four side panels 218, 220, 222, 224 are intended to form the two side walls 256, 258 ( Figure 12 ) opposite the 14" tray.

[0097] Subsequently, the panels 220, 222 connected to the main region 216 are called proximal side panels 220, 222, the other side panels 218, 224 being called distal panels 218, 224.

[0098] Preferably, the proximal side panels 220, 222 are of substantially identical shape and dimensions. Preferably, the distal side panels 218, 224 are also of substantially identical shape and dimensions.

[0099] The two end regions 212, 214 are connected to the main region 210 by transverse fold lines 240a, 240b extending along the transverse direction T" 1. According to this embodiment, a first end region 212 and a second end region 214 are distinguished. The first end region 212 is intended to form the rear end panel (not shown) of the tray 14". The second end region 214 is intended to form the front end panel 261 of the tray 14".

[0100] Typically, the first end region 212 is identical to one of the end regions 22 described previously opposite the first parts 12,12' of flan 10,10'.

[0101] Thus, the first end region 212 comprises a first end closure flap 242 and two longitudinal flaps 244 placed on either side of the first end closure flap 242 along the transverse direction T" 1. The first end closure flap 242 is connected to the main region 210 by a first part 241 of a first 240a of the transverse folding lines 240a, 240b, and each of the longitudinal flaps 244 is connected by a second part 243 of the first transverse folding line 240a to a respective proximal side panel 220, 222.

[0102] The first end closure flap 242 comprises two panels 246, 248 side by side along the longitudinal direction L" 1. Subsequently, the panel 246 connected to the main region 210 is called proximal panel 246, the other panel 248 being called distal panel 248.

[0103] The distal panel 248 and the proximal panel 246 are connected by a fold line 250 extending substantially parallel to the transverse direction T" 1.

[0104] The distal panel 248 and the proximal panel 246 have substantially identical dimensions so that they can be folded over each other.

[0105] Preferably, the distal panel 248 includes two locking teeth 252 intended to engage in slots 254 formed in the first part 241 of the first transverse fold line 240a, between the first end closure flap 242 and the central panel 216 of the main region 210.

[0106] The second end region 214 includes a second end closure flap 260, two transverse flaps 262 placed on either side of the second end closure flap 260 along the transverse direction T" 1 and two tabs 215 connected to the second end closure flap 260. The second end closure flap 260 is connected to the main region 210 by the second transverse folding line 240b.

[0107] The second end closure flap 260 comprises two panels 266, 268 side by side along the longitudinal direction L" 1. Subsequently, the panel 266 connected to the main region 210 is called proximal panel 266, the other panel 268 being called distal panel 268.

[0108] The distal panel 268 and the proximal panel 266 are connected by a fold line 270 extending substantially parallel to the transverse direction T" 1.

[0109] The distal panel 268 and the proximal panel 266 have substantially identical dimensions so that they can be folded over each other.

[0110] Typically, each of the transverse flaps 262 is connected by a longitudinal fold line 272 to the distal panel 268.

[0111] Each tab 215 is attached to the proximal panel 266. Preferably, each tab 215 is formed in one piece with said proximal panel 266.

[0112] In the specific case of the third embodiment, represented on the Figure 9 , each 215 tab has a rectangular shape.

[0113] Each tongue 215 has a first end 280 connected to the proximal panel 266 and a second free end 282 opposite the first end 280.

[0114] Each tab 215 is linked to the proximal panel 266 by a longitudinal fold line 284.

[0115] In an alternative not shown, each tab 215 is linked to the proximal panel 266 by a longitudinal line of weakness. This line of weakness is typically formed by pre-cuts in the cardboard forming the first part 12".

[0116] Each tab 215 comprises a first part 286 intended to remain fixed on the sleeve 18" after the unsealing of the packaging 200", and a second part 288 intended to be torn from the sleeve 18" to unseale the packaging 200".

[0117] The second part 288 has a first end 290 linked to the proximal panel 266 and a second free end 292 called the gripping end 292 opposite to the first end 290.

[0118] The first part 286 of each tongue 215 is connected to the respective second part 288 by at least one line of weakness 294. Typically, as shown, the first part 286 of each tongue 215 is connected to the respective second part 288 by two lines of weakness 294. In the example shown, the lines of weakness 294 converge towards the gripping end 292. The first part 286 is typically placed on either side of these lines of weakness 294, so as to frame the second part 288 along the longitudinal direction L" 1.

[0119] Each line of weakness 294 is typically formed by a pre-cut in the cardboard forming the first part 12".

[0120] To assemble the 14" tray of the Figures 11 et 12 , the longitudinal flaps 244 are first raised along an elevation direction (not shown), perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L" 1 and transverse direction T" 1, following the second part 243 of the folding line 240a.

[0121] The proximal side panels 220, 222 of the main region 210 are then raised along the elevation direction and along the folding lines 228, 230 to form the side walls 56, 58 of the tray 14". In doing so, the longitudinal flaps 244 tilt into a position where they are oriented transversely.

[0122] The end closing flaps 242, 260 are then raised along the elevation direction following the folding lines 240a, 240b so that the proximal panel 246 of the flap 242 comes into contact with the flaps 244.

[0123] The distal panel 248, 268 of each end closure flap 242, 260 is folded down onto the associated proximal panel 246, 266 at the fold line 250, 270, with the locking teeth 252 engaged in the corresponding slots 254. In doing so, the longitudinal flaps 244 become trapped between the distal panel 248 and the lateral panel 246 of the end closure flap 242.

[0124] Furthermore, the transverse flaps 262 are folded along the longitudinal direction L" 1 following the folding lines 272.

[0125] Each distal side panel 218, 224 is folded down onto the associated proximal side panel 220, 222 at the level of the fold line 226, 230. In doing so, the transverse flaps 262 become trapped between the distal side panel 218, 224 and the proximal side panel 220, 222, which allows the side walls 56, 58 to be locked in the upright position.

[0126] The 14" tray is then completed, with each tab 215 extending out of the 14" tray transversely to the front end panel 261 ( Figure 11 ).

[0127] With reference to the Figure 10 , the second part 16" of the 10" flank is elongated along a second longitudinal direction L" 2 .

[0128] Preferably, the second 16" section is made primarily of cardboard. According to another embodiment, the second 16" section is made primarily of rigid plastic.

[0129] The second 16" part advantageously has a total thickness between 100 and 2500 microns when unfolded, preferably between 200 and 800 microns.

[0130] The second 16" section includes a main region of 380.

[0131] The main region 380 comprises four panels 384, 386, 388, 390 and a connecting terminal strip 392 arranged side by side. The four panels 384, 386, 388, 390 and the connecting terminal strip 392 are connected to each other by fold lines 394, 396, 398, 400 extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction L" 2.

[0132] The four panels 390, 386, 384, 388 are intended to form respectively a background 402 ( Figure 11 ), a 404 roof ( Figure 12 ) opposite the bottom 402 and two side walls 406, 408 ( Figures 11 et 12 ) connecting the bottom 402 to the top 404 of the 18" sleeve. Alternatively, panel 386 is intended to form the bottom 402 of the 18" sleeve and panel 390 is intended to form the top 404.

[0133] According to the example shown, the panels 386, 390 intended to form the roof 404 and the bottom 402 of the 18" sleeve have substantially identical dimensions.

[0134] According to the example shown, the panels 384, 388 intended to form the two side walls 406, 408 have substantially identical dimensions.

[0135] In this description, the bottom 402 and the roof 404 of the 18" sleeve are defined with respect to the 14" tray when it is inserted into the 18" sleeve, the base 234 of the 14" tray facing the bottom 402 of the 18" sleeve, and the open part of the 14" tray facing the roof 404 of the 18" sleeve.

[0136] Panels 384, 386, 388, 390 are sized so that, once assembled, the 14" tray can be slidably mounted in the 18" sleeve.

[0137] The main region 380 includes a first longitudinal end edge 409a called the front longitudinal end edge 409a and a second longitudinal end edge called the rear longitudinal end edge 409b opposite the front longitudinal end edge 409a.

[0138] To assemble the 18" sheath of the figures 11 et 12 , the four panels 384, 386, 388, 390 of the second part 16" of the 10" blank are folded down along the fold lines 394, 396, 398 to form a tube.

[0139] The terminal connecting strip 392 is folded down along the fold line 400 which connects it to the main region 380. It is fixed, for example glued, to the adjacent side wall 406 of the sleeve 18" so as to close the sleeve 18" laterally.

[0140] Thus, once the 18" sleeve is assembled, panel 390 of the second part 16 of the 10" blank constitutes the bottom 402 of the 18" sleeve, panel 386 constitutes the roof 404, and panels 384 and 388 constitute the side walls 406 and 408. In addition, the front longitudinal end edge 409a of the second part 16" of the 10" blank constitutes a front longitudinal end edge of the 18" sleeve, and the rear longitudinal end edge 409b constitutes a rear longitudinal end edge of the 18" sleeve.

[0141] In an alternative (not shown), panel 386 constitutes the bottom 402 of the 18" sleeve, and panel 390 constitutes the roof 404.

[0142] Thus, the assembly of the 18" sheath is very easy and easily mechanizable.

[0143] To form the 200" packaging of figures 11 et 12 , the 14" tray is first filled with a plurality of A items ( Figure 12), then inserted into the sleeve 18", so as to place the base 234 of the tray 14" against the bottom 402 of the sleeve 18" and to coincide the longitudinal directions L" 1 and L" 2, said longitudinal directions L" 1 and L" 2 forming a longitudinal direction L" of the packaging 200".

[0144] Article A includes, for example, food products, in particular individually packaged portions of food products, for example but not limited to: portions of dairy products such as but not limited to cheese, products comprising a cheese base and / or a dairy base, portions of dairy substitute products, portions of composite products comprising at least one dairy base and at least one other non-dairy base, for example a cereal base, portions of food products based on plant materials, portions of confectionery or chocolate products, portions of cooking aid products such as bouillon cubes or derivatives.

[0145] Each tab 215 is then made integral with the sleeve 18", in particular at the side walls 406, 408 of said sleeve 18", to seal the package 200". Typically, each tab 215 is folded down and then its first part 286 is glued to said respective end panel 406, 408, the second part 288 preferably remaining free of glue.

[0146] Thus, once the tab 215 is glued, a tamper-evident seal 500 is obtained for the packaging 200", comprising a first section 502 consisting of the proximal panel 266, attached to the tray 14", and a second section 504 consisting of the second part 288 of the tab 215 connected by the lines of weakness 294 to the sleeve 18", each line of weakness 294 opening into one of the longitudinal end edges of the sleeve 18", in particular into the front longitudinal end edge. Furthermore, each line of weakness 294 extends longitudinally from the gripping end 292 of the second part 288 to said longitudinal end edge into which it opens.

[0147] In particular, the first section 502 and the second section 504 are then juxtaposed to each other along a first direction of the tamper-evident witness 500 and each extend over the entire width of the tamper-evident witness 500 along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.

[0148] Furthermore, when the 200" package is sealed, there is then a non-zero angle different from 180° between the first section 502 and the second section 504 of the tab 215.

[0149] Furthermore, the first section 502 then belongs to a different face of the 200" packaging than the face of the 200" packaging to which the second section 504 belongs.

[0150] Thus, the application of a force on the gripping end 292 of the second part 288 of the tongue 215, the intensity of which is sufficient to break each line of weakness 294 and the direction of which includes a longitudinal component, results in the breaking of each line of weakness 294.

[0151] The 200" package thus formed has a roughly parallelepiped shape.

[0152] To unseal this 200" packaging, simply grasp the second part 288 of each tab 215 by the gripping end 292 and detach it from the sleeve 18" by breaking each line of weakness 294 by exerting a force on the gripping end 292 of the second section 504 of the tab 215, the intensity of which is sufficient to break the line or each line of weakness 294 and whose direction includes a longitudinal component causing the breakage of the line or each line of weakness 294. The second part 288 nevertheless remains attached to the tray 14".

[0153] The user can then slide the 14" tray in a single longitudinal movement by pulling on the second part 288 of one or both of the tabs 215 while continuing to exert force on the gripping end 292.

[0154] The 200" package, once opened, can be resealed by sliding the 14" tray inside the 18" sleeve.

[0155] For example, the 200" package is resealed by applying a force to the gripping end 292 of the second section 504 of the tab 215 in the same direction and in the opposite direction to the force applied when opening the 200" package.

[0156] According to the embodiments described, the tray 14, 14', 14" and the sheath 18, 18', 18" each have a substantially parallelepiped shape.

[0157] However, other shapes are conceivable. For example, according to undescribed variants of the invention, the tray 14, 14', 14" and the sheath 18, 18', 18" have a trapezoidal, cylindrical or partially cylindrical shape, or any other shape technically feasible within the scope of the invention.

[0158] Thanks to the invention, the user can unseal the 200, 200', 20" packaging and remove the 14, 14', 14" tray from the 18, 18', 18" sleeve in a single movement. Furthermore, the quantity of raw materials remains limited, as does the cost of the 200, 200', 200" packaging. The 18, 18', 18" sleeve is also easily machine-made.

[0159] Furthermore, it is not necessary to adapt the 14" tray to the tamper-evident system of the 200" packaging, which allows the use of standard trays for the latter. Similarly, it is not necessary to adapt the 14" sleeve to the tamper-evident system of the 200" packaging, which allows the use of a standard sleeve for the latter.
