Abstract
<pre>The invention relates to an innovative process for the production of activated carbon from argan shells which have undergone a partial digestion process in the digestive system of goats. The argan hulls, after being ingested, partially digested, and excreted by the goats, are harvested to be transformed into biomass. This biomass is then subjected to stages of drying, grinding, and carbonization to produce activated carbon. The natural digestive process of goats modifies the structure of the shells, thus increasing the specific surface area of the activated carbon obtained, which improves its adsorption capacities. This process offers an ecological and effective method for converting argan shells into a high quality adsorbent.< / pre>
