Smart Wearable Heart Rate Monitoring Device

Abstract

The present invention relates to a portable device for continuous monitoring of cardiac activity and preventive care and management of cardiovascular emergencies. This device offers a solution for remote medical monitoring. The device is equipped with several ECG electrodes that can accurately capture the electrical signals from the human heart, measuring up to 12 leads to provide a complete and detailed analysis of cardiac activity, an integrated microcontroller to process the captured data in real time and a wireless communication system to transmit the results to a user interface. The latter can guide the user in the correct positioning of the electrodes, analyze the captured data and provide personalized recommendations adapted to the patient's condition thanks to an integrated expert system. The latter is capable of interpreting the data according to clinical standards, anticipating anomalies, and providing critical alerts in real time. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to ensure cardiac monitoring, without requiring the presence of intensive medical monitoring, by offering extended autonomy and in-depth analysis of signals in real time. Mainly intended for home or hospital use, this device proves useful for detecting cardiac anomalies, monitoring variations in cardiac activity, and sending alerts in the event of critical conditions. This therefore facilitates the effective management of cardiovascular emergencies, by providing reliable information for rapid and appropriate intervention.
