Abstract

The invention relates to an earth-based anti-seismic mortar, composed of cement (45% to 50%), raw earth (45% to 50%), and glass fibers (3% to 5%), with a water / cement (W / C) ratio ≤ 0.4, the glass fibers having a density of 2.7 g / cm³, a length of 13 mm and a zirconium content > 17%. This mortar, intended for new construction or the rehabilitation of buildings in seismic zones, offers high mechanical strength at 28 days, zero water absorption and optimized adhesion and thermal conductivity. The manufacturing process ensures a homogeneous formulation by mixing the dry components, incorporating the fibers, gradually adding water, and homogenizing. Application is carried out by spraying or troweling, as required, ensuring uniform coverage and precise finishes.
