Abstract
The present invention relates to a shaping apparatus. The shaping apparatus comprises a housing, wherein the housing is provided with a shaping cavity as well as a main air inlet in communication with the shaping cavity, a supply port, and a discharge port, and the main air inlet supplies compressed air to the shaping cavity; a spray tube, the spray tube being disposed on the housing, a first end of the spray tube being in communication with the main air inlet, and a second end of the spray tube being directed toward the shaping cavity; a blade, the blade being rotatably mounted within the shaping cavity; a dust collector, a feed end of the dust collector being in communication with the discharge port; and a control valve, the control valve being disposed below the discharge end of the dust collector and configured to collect materials discharged from the discharge end, the control valve being provided with a collection outlet and a circulation outlet that can be opened alternately, the circulation outlet being in communication with the feed port, and the collection outlet being configured to be in communication with a material collection device. The present invention solves the problems of low forming efficiency and complex production lines associated with prior art forming apparatus.
