Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology and can be used for predicting the risk of developing ocular complications of acute uveitis.Summary of the invention consists in that non-contrast angiographic optical coherence tomography is performed, where the value of vascular density in the superficial vascular plexus and the state of the vascular network in the superficial and deep vascular plexus are determined, and if the value of the unaffected vascular density is 80…95% in the superficial vascular plexus and the vascular network in the superficial and deep vascular plexus has a normal appearance, a low risk is predicted. If the value of the unaffected vascular density is 79…60% in the superficial vascular plexus and the vascular network in the superficial vascular plexus has an irregular appearance and partially blurred pattern, and in the deep vascular plexus small areas of non-perfusion are present, an average risk is predicted. If the value of the unaffected vascular density is less than 59% in the superficial vascular plexus and the vascular network in the superficial vascular plexus is diffusely blurred and irregular, and in the deep vascular plexus extensive areas of non-perfusion are determined, a major risk of developing ocular complications of acute uveitis is predicted.
