Abstract

The invention relates to the field of electric power engineering and can be used for connecting a car battery to a single-phase alternating current network in cases where the network of the required power is located at a great distance from the workplace, but there is a single-phase alternating current network of low power, insufficient for carrying out the necessary short-term work, for example, electric welding, which does not impose high requirements on the sinusoidal shape of the alternating voltage.The device, according to the invention, comprises car battery connecting terminals (1), a direct current-to-alternating current converter (2), a step-up transformer (3) and a rectifier with a filter (4), connected in series. The device further comprises a first electronic switch (5), a second electronic switch (6) and a resistor (15), connected in series, wherein the resistor (15) is connected to a terminal for connecting the first wire of the network (9). Between the control inputs of the first (5) and second (6) electronic switches is connected an inverter (7). Between the connecting unit of the electronic switches (5 and 6) and the terminal for connecting the second network wire (9) is connected a capacitor (8). The first output of the rectifier with a filter (4) is connected to the input of the first electronic switch (5), and its second output - to the terminal for connecting the second network wire (9). To the terminals for connecting the network (9) are connected in series: a voltage divider (10), a first differentiating unit (11), a first comparator (12), and a second differentiating unit (13), the output of which is connected to the first input of a trigger (14), the output of which is connected to the control input of the second electronic switch (6). The device also comprises a second comparator (16), which is connected by its inputs to a resistor (15), and by its output through a third differentiating unit (17) - to the second input of the trigger (14).
