The invention relates to agriculture, namely to a process for treating corn seeds and can be used for corn cultivation.The process, according to the invention, provides for soaking corn seeds for 2 hours in a 0.33-2.00% solution ofHansenula anomalaCNMN-YS-07 yeast biomass mannoprotein extract, obtained by treating the biomass with sodium phosphate buffer solution with pH 7.8, in a ratio of 1:1, at a temperature of 45°C, for 8 hours, with periodic stirring, centrifugation at 5000 rpm for 20 min, treatment of the sediment obtained with 1N NaOH solution in a ratio of 1:5, at a temperature of 80±5°C, for 2 hours, centrifugation at 3500 rpm for 15 min, treatment of the supernatant obtained with 96% ethyl alcohol in a ratio of 1:3 at a temperature of 4°C, separation of the sediment by centrifugation and its dissolution to a concentration of mannoprotein extract of 20 mg / mL.The result of the invention consists in increasing the corn growth indices, namely the length of the aboveground part, the dry biomass of the aboveground part and the dry biomass of the root system.
