Abstract

The invention relates to chemistry and medicine, namely to a biologically active coordination compound of the class of transition metal thiosemicarbazonates, which exhibits high antiproliferative activity against HL-60 cells of human myeloid leukemia.Summary of the invention consists in claiming the compound bis{µ2-[N-(2,5-dimethylphenyl)-N'-(2-oxidobenzylidene)carbamohydrazonothioate]}-bis[4-amino-N-(pyrimidin-2-yl)benzene-1-sulfonamide]-dicupper(II) with the formula:,which exhibits HL-60 human myeloid leukemia cell proliferation inhibitory properties.
