N-phenyl substituted indole derivatives as myt1 inhibitors for the treatment of cancer

Abstract

Compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are disclosed which can be used in the treatment of subjects in need thereof. The compounds disclosed herein can be inhibitors of the tyrosine and threonine specific inhibitory kinase cdc2 (Myt1). Pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and methods for their preparation and use are also disclosed.
