Abstract

The invention relates to microbiology and biotechnology, in particular to a strain of lactic acid bacteriaLactococcus lactisssp.lactiswith antibacterial activity against phytopathogens of theAgrobacteriumandCorynebacteriumgenera, and can be used in agriculture and in the plant ensiling process.TheLactococcus lactisssp.lactisbacterial strain is deposited in the National Collection of Nonpathogenic Microorganisms of the Institute of Microbiology and Biotechnology of the Technical University of Moldova under the number CNMN-LB-10 and exhibits antibacterial activity against the phytopathogensAgrobacterium tumefaciensandCorynebacterium michiganense.The result of the invention consists in increasing the antibacterial activity againstAgrobacterium tumefaciensby 1.46-1.87 times and againstCorynebacterium michiganenseby 1.38-1.48 times.
