The invention relates to hygiene products, developed to absorb and retain body waste, such as urine.The product, according to the invention, comprises two vertical edges (1), placed opposite each other along the longitudinal direction of the product (100) and two horizontal edges (2), placed opposite each other along the transverse direction, at least one absorbent middle layer (7), which comprises a front region (3), corresponding to the front of the user, a rear region (5), corresponding to the back of the user, and a middle region (4), placed in the longitudinal direction between the front region (3) and the rear region (5), and at least a liquid transfer channel (6), made in the absorbent middle layer (7) and free of absorbent material.
