Use of roluperidone to treat negative symptoms and disorders, increase neuroplasticity, and promote neuroprotection

Abstract

This application relates to the use of roluperidone, i.e., Compound (I): (see Formula), and salts, solvates, pharmaceutical compositions and dosage forms thereof, for use in methods of treating negative symptoms and disorders (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, amblyopia, personality disorders, traumatic brain injury), as well as to enhance neuroplasticity and promote neuroprotection in subjects who require it.
