Abstract

The present invention describes a tree-graftable device for early fire warning. It comprises electrodes that allow for attachment to the tree. These electrodes utilize the tree's nutrients, minerals, and water to generate electrical energy, which is stored in a supercapacitor and a rechargeable battery to power all electronic components. The invention includes a processing module and a low-power microcontroller, enabling operation solely from the battery and the installed supercapacitor. The microcontroller operates intermittently, allowing it to enter a standby state or activate upon detecting a temperature change, further reducing power consumption. The microcontroller is activated by a thermistor that detects even the slightest ambient temperature variations.
