Abstract

Because it is a continuous monitoring process with strict quality control from the raw materials stage, this process allows for the selection of the desired particle size for the requested product, resulting in a high-quality product blend. This blend offers a wide range of particle sizes for preventing and controlling lost circulation, reinforces the mudcake through bridging, generating low permeability, and is compatible with both water-based and oil-based drilling systems. This provides optimal conditions for drilling operations to reduce or eliminate partial and / or total circulation losses. The product range includes fine, medium, coarse, and extra-coarse particle sizes for non-producing zones.
