Abstract

The invention relates to a tire defect detection system designed to identify irregularities such as bulges that could compromise vehicle safety. The system uses pairs of sensors, positioned near each tire, that detect oscillatory characteristics, such as angular velocity, and a controller that compares this data with stored, predefined patterns. If an anomaly is detected, the controller issues an alert to notify the driver of the potential defect. Furthermore, the system includes an algorithm that adjusts the transmission frequency according to vehicle speed and distinguishes between temporary deformations and permanent defects, enabling accurate, real-time detection of tire condition.
