Abstract

An efficient, short-process production method and system for carbonized silica are provided. The described absorption takes place in a small, atmospheric-pressure gas-liquid carbonization reaction boiler, enhanced by intense stirring and effective contact at the gas-liquid interface. This enables rapid and continuous reaction between CO2 gas and liquid sodium silicate in the carbonization reaction boiler, thus achieving efficient carbon dioxide absorption under atmospheric pressure. The carbonization reaction is carried out in a small-scale carbonization reaction boiler, while the precipitation reaction can be performed in a large-scale precipitation reaction boiler as required by capacity. The solid-liquid reaction takes place in the precipitation reaction boiler.By controlling the reaction time, reaction temperature, and reaction pH, the fine silicon dioxide particles generated by the absorption reaction aggregate and grow further to form silicon dioxide particles with a stable structure and reliable performance.
