Abstract
The present invention relates to a symmetric encryption and decryption system for information that employs multiple discrete chaotic systems and cryptographic keys, which includes: an encryption terminal comprising: a cryptographic analysis unit that encodes plaintext by generating a ciphertext, which includes: a cross-encryption module; a first confusion module; a first diffusion module; a second confusion module; and a second diffusion module, and, a storage device that stores the cryptographic keys used for generating the ciphertext.The system also comprises a decryption terminal connected to the encryption terminal, comprising: a cryptographic analysis unit that decrypts the ciphertext to obtain the plaintext, which comprises: a second diffusion module; a second confusion module; a first diffusion module; a first confusion module; and, a cross-encryption module; and, a storage device that stores the cryptographic keys used for decoding the ciphertext, which are identical to those stored in the encryption terminal.
