Description

PRESSURE TUBE INSOLE FOR SHOE PRODUCTION Field of Invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a compression tube template for the production of a pair of shoes, which is used to join a sole to the upper of a shoe in a state where an adhesive material is applied, more specifically, a compression tube template for manufacturing a pair of shoes that allows the joining of the sole by simultaneous and collective compression of a pair of shoe uppers, in order to promote increased work efficiency and improved productivity, wherein the shoe upper is continuously fixed in a predetermined position during sole joining through compression, thereby improving product quality and minimizing product defects. Background of the Invention

[0002] In general, in a manufacturing process for an item that is being processed or has been processed, for example, toys or shoes, the product undergoes a bonding process in which fibers, leather, rubber, and various other types of materials are adhered to the surface of the item to finish the product. In the bonding process, an adhesive is applied to the item, and then a cover (for example, different materials other than fiber, leather, and rubber) is placed on the item and pressed with a predetermined force to complete the bonding process. In this bonding process, a worker typically applies an adhesive to an item and then directly bonds a cover to it; otherwise, the process is performed with an automated mechanical device.

[0003]

[0004] However, when a worker directly mounts a template and puts a cover on an item or a mechanical device is used as in the related technique, the following problems may arise and, therefore, require improvement.

[0005] 1) Existing joining devices require a large number of molds according to the shape of the goods (products) to be joined. Consequently, mold manufacturing costs would be high, and the labor intensity for joining / removing the mold increases, leading to higher production costs. 2) Conventional molds are mainly made of solid polyurethane (type A with a hardness of 40 to 90 degrees), and these molds are discarded when the product is no longer manufactured, causing environmental pollution during disposal. 3) According to the conventional joining method, joining work is not easily performed on concave or irregular surfaces, such as concave, flask-shaped portions, leading to many difficulties in joining operations. Furthermore, automated devices were difficult to market.4) In the case of joining a product with a three-dimensional shape, especially one with deep channels or a complex form, it is difficult to manufacture the product in a single mold. Instead, to overcome this problem, the mold must be manufactured in several separate parts, thus increasing the costs required for mold making. Eventually, when the product is manufactured in small quantities, the joining work itself becomes a cause of increased production costs. 5) Furthermore, in the case of 4), since the joining work is performed using a single mold, while other parts of a product must be joined again using other molds, the working time can be extended due to multiple joining jobs, leading to a decrease in productivity.

[0006]

[0007] In order to overcome the above problems, the present applicant has developed the invention of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-0442589, entitled A bonding device utilizing a gel-like material.

[0008] As shown in Figure 1, the bonding device using a gel-like material is a technology that not only allows for easy bonding even on highly curved parts, which are difficult to join, but also enables simultaneous bonding by adopting a gel-like material with low adhesiveness, compared to a shoe bonding process using a compression-type device. However, since the aforementioned bonding device using a gel-like material has been developed for widespread use, it can be applied to a bonding process by pressing a sole against a shoe upper; however, this case implies a limitation in efficiency or work productivity. In addition, there were problems where predetermined positions of the shoe's instep and sole were often distorted and / or pushed during bonding, resulting in deterioration of product quality and the presentation of batches of product defects. Brief Description of the Invention Technical problem

[0009] Accordingly, the present invention is proposed to improve the problems as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a new compression tube template for the manufacture of a pair of shoes, which includes a pair of compression tubes that allow sole bonding by the simultaneous and collective application of a compression force to a pair of shoe uppers, thereby increasing work efficiency by achieving a 2-fold productivity improvement.

[00010]

[00011] Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide a compression tube template for manufacturing a pair of shoes using a novel type of individual template, comprising: a compression tube made of a highly elastic soft material for transferring a compressive force, which can be formed into a pair and is made concave to correspond to the shape of the paired shoes; and a shoe-fixing cover template that is in close contact with an arch portion of the shoe instep to simultaneously and collectively apply the compressive force evenly to the arch portion of the shoe instep, in order to prevent both the shoe instep and sole from distorting or pushing out, eventually promoting improved product quality and increased productivity.

[00012]

[00013] Furthermore, a further object of the present invention is to provide a compression tube template for manufacturing a pair of shoes using a novel type of single template, wherein a shoe-fixing cover template, possibly covering an added portion of a shoe upper, can be detached / attached in a predetermined position on a press cover plate in a one-touch, bolt-free manner by a magnetic force of a magnet, thereby improving the user's working comfort, and wherein the shoe upper can be continuously fixed in the predetermined position in a compression sole-bonding process through the shoe-fixing cover template, thereby improving product quality and minimizing product defects. [00030] Later herein, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Figures 2 to 6 of the appended figures. Furthermore, in the figures and the detailed description, illustrations and explanations of general configurations and functions that could be readily understood by those skilled in the art, with respect to the general gel press, mold, magnet, etc., have been simplified or omitted. In particular, in the description of the figures and the detailed description of the invention, detailed descriptions and illustrations of specific technical configurations and functions of elements that are not directly relevant to the technical features of the present invention will be omitted, and only the technical configurations related to the present invention will be illustrated or briefly described.

[00031]

[00032] The compression tube template for making a pair of shoes according to the present invention can be placed in a cavity within a lower mold of a gel press for shoe joining, wherein a shoe upper 2000 is inserted and fixed in a predetermined position, and a sole is adhered to a lower surface of the shoe upper 2000 by compression while an adhesive material is applied thereto.

[00033] The compression tube template for manufacturing a pair of shoes according to the present invention, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, may have a configuration comprising a compression tube template 1 and a shoe-fixing cover template 2, wherein the shoe upper 2000 and sole 3000 are inserted through an open upper surface of the compression tube template 1. In this case, the open upper surface of the compression tube template 1 may be closed by a pressure cover plate cushioning rubber plate 1100 provided on the underside of the pressure cover plate 1000 for opening and closing the lower mold.

[00034]

[00035] In the present embodiment, the compression tube insole 1, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, may include a fixed flange 100, a vertical connecting member 200, a pair of compression tubes 300, and a horizontal connecting member 400, and may be made of a flexible resin material. Specifically, the compression tube insole 1, as shown in the embodiment of the present invention, may be made of a highly elastic and soft material and thereby transfer a compressive force to the shoe upper 2000 and sole 3000.

[00036]

[00037] The fixed flange 100 can be formed with a closed horizontal curved line and is firmly attached to an upper surface of the lower mold around the cavity. Herein, a flange mounting end 112 can be formed with a low height around a circumference of the cavity, wherein the fixed flange 100 is attached closely to the flange mounting end 1120.

[00038] The fixed tab 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may include front and rear straight line parts 110, left and right straight line parts 120 and a round connecting line part 130.

[00039] The front and back straight line parts 110 are formed with straight lines on the front and back sides, and the left and right straight line parts 120 are formed with straight lines on the left and right sides. The round connecting line part 130 can form a corner portion to which the front and back straight line parts 110 and the left and right straight line parts 120 connect, and it can have an arc shape. Since the fixed tab 100 includes front and back parts, as well as left and right portions, all of which are formed with straight lines, space utilization can be improved. In other words, the front and rear portions of the conventional fixed flange 100 can generally be formed in an arc shape. In this case, the length of the compression tube template 1 in the front and rear directions is unnecessarily increased, and the lower mold in which the compression tube template 1 is mounted also has a cavity with an increased length in the front and rear directions, thus impairing space utilization. On the other hand, the fixed flange 100 of the present invention has front and rear portions formed in a straight line, and the shape and angle of the arrangement of the paired compression tubes 30 can be adjusted to correspond to the front and rear portions of the fixed flange, thereby improving space utilization.

[00040]

[00041] The vertical connecting member 200 can be extended downwards in a vertical direction from an internal terminal line of the fixed flange 100.

[00042]

[00043] A pair of compression tubes 300 can be placed within the fixed flange 100 and can be provided with an insertion space 340 into which two shoe insteps 2000 are inserted, respectively. The compression tubes 300 can be positioned parallel to each other while being inclined. In particular, a pair of compression tubes 300 according to one embodiment of the present invention can include a left-foot type compression tube 300a and a right-foot type compression tube 300b, into which a pair of shoe insteps 2000 can be inserted, respectively. Meanwhile, each of the compression tubes 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention can consist of a bottom portion 310, side portions 320, and a connecting end 330.

[00044] The lower part 310 can be formed into a shape corresponding to the shape of the lower surface of a shoe, whereas each side part 320 can be extended upwards from a peripheral end of the lower part 310. In this respect, in the case of the compression tube 300 according to one embodiment of the present invention, an upper end of the side part 320 can be formed higher than the horizontal connecting member 400.

[00045] The connecting end 330 is provided to connect the upper end of the side portion 320 and the horizontal connecting member 400. Since the upper end of the side portion 320 is formed higher than the horizontal connecting member 400, the connecting end 330 can be formed to have a vertical cross-sectional shape and protrude from the horizontal connecting member 400. Consequently, the shoe instep 2000 inserted into the insertion space 340 of the compression tube 300 can be supported laterally by the side portion 320 and the connecting end 330, thereby more stably maintaining the fixed position.

[00046]

[00047] The horizontal connecting member 400 is provided to connect the vertical connecting member 200 and a pair of connecting tubes 300.

[00048]

[00049] Meanwhile, the compression tube template for making a pair of shoes according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a shoe fixing cover template 2.

[00050] The shoe fixing cover template 2 can be formed into a cap shape capable of covering an upper portion of the shoe upper 2000, wherein a portion thereof fits into an upper terminal portion of a shoe upper 4000 last 2000, which is inserted into an insertion space 340 of the compression tube 300, in order to cover the upper portion of the shoe upper 2000. The shoe fixing cover template 2 is in close contact with the upper portion of the shoe upper 2000, and a compressive force can be applied simultaneously and collectively even to the arch of the shoe upper 2000, thereby preventing the shoe upper 2000 and sole 3000 from being distorted or pushed together in a compression sole bonding process.

[00051] In this regard, as shown in Figure 6, a magnet 3 can be attached to an upper surface of the shoe-fixing cover insole 2 according to one embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the magnet 3 corresponds to a magnet 1200 on one side of a snap-on cover plate, which is attached to a rubber cushioning plate of the snap-on cover plate 1100 in a gel press for shoe bonding. The shoe-fixing cover insole 2 can be fixed in a predetermined position on the rubber cushioning plate of the snap-on cover plate 1100 by the magnet 3, whereby the shoe upper 2000 covered by the shoe-fixing cover insole 2 can also be continuously held in the fixed position.

[00052]

[00053] With respect to the compression tube template for making a pair of shoes according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the shoe upper 2000 and the sole 3000, into which the last 4000 is inserted, can be inserted into each compression tube 300, followed by the joining of the sole around the shoe upper 2000 by compression while filling it with a gel ball 4000, thereby holding the shoe upper 2000 in a predetermined position.

[00054]

[00055] Regarding the compression tube template for the manufacture of a pair of shoes according to In the modality of the present invention, which is configured as described above, a pair of compression tubes 300 can be provided to allow the joining of soles by the simultaneous and collective application of a compression force to a pair of shoe uppers 2000, thereby promoting an increase in work efficiency and improved productivity.Furthermore, with respect to the compression tube template for manufacturing a pair of shoes according to one embodiment of the present invention, a compression tube 300 made of a high-elastic, soft material for transferring a compressive force can be formed in a pair and made concave to correspond to a shape of the paired shoes, while allowing the compressive force to be applied simultaneously and collectively even to an arch portion of the instep of shoe 2000 through the shoe-fixing cover template 3 that is in close contact with the arch portion of the instep of shoe 2000. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the instep of shoe 2000 and the sole 3000 from being distorted or pushed out, thereby promoting improved product quality, as well as increased work efficiency and productivity.

[00056] Furthermore, with respect to the compression tube template for manufacturing a pair of shoes according to an embodiment of the present invention, a shoe-fixing cover template 2 capable of covering the arch portion of the shoe instep 2000 can be detached / attached in a predetermined position on the pressure cover plate 1000 in a one-touch-at-a-time manner by a magnetic force of the magnet 3 (1200) without bolt attachment, thereby improving the working comfort of a user, and wherein the shoe instep 2000 can be continuously fixed in the predetermined position in a sole-attachment process 3000 by compression through the shoe-fixing cover template 2, thereby improving product quality and minimizing product defects.

[00057]

[00058] As described above, the compression tube template for making a pair of shoes according to the embodiment of the present invention has been illustrated in the detailed description and figures; however, it will be well understood by those skilled in the art that this is merely an example and that various changes and modifications are possible within the scope that do not depart from the technical idea of the present invention. i ααι nn / zznz / E / YiAi
