Abstract
The present invention is an automotive rim optimized through an adjustment to its geometry. Reinforcing the rim increases the mechanical strength of its structure, while still allowing it to accommodate the dimensions of an 18-inch sports rim. The main improvement stems from a new geometric configuration in the rim's bead area, which serves as the tread. This configuration enables the rim to continue traveling up to 100 km after a tire suffers a puncture or other damage without requiring immediate replacement. Furthermore, the integrity of the rim and the vehicle's main axles remains unaffected and free from mechanical stress.
