Abstract

The invention discloses a system (1) for providing a hot and cold therapy, comprising: a sauna room (100) configured to heat a body of a user; and a bathroom (200) separated from the sauna room (100) and being configured to cool the body of the user; wherein the sauna room (100) and the bathroom (200) are alternately used by the user at predetermined time intervals; wherein the sauna room (100) includes a heating mechanism (110) configured to provide a heat at a predetermined temperature to warm the body of the user; and wherein the bathroom (200) includes a misting mechanism (210) configured to dispense a liquid mist at a predetermined temperature for cooling the body of the user.
