Abstract

ABSTRACT AN INDOOR UNIT OF AN AIR CONDITIONER The present invention relates to an indoor unit (100) of an air conditioner. The indoor unit (100) comprises a casing (120), and a panel assembly disposed below an opening (110) of the casing (120). The panel assembly is having a panel (130) spaced apart from the casing (120) for allowing air passing therethrough. Further, the indoor unit (100) further comprises a chassis (140) between the casing (120) and the panel (130), forming a cavity adjacent to the opening (110) of the casing (120). The chassis (140) is further provided with at least a side opening for allowing air to pass therethrough when the air is drawn towards the indoor unit (100). Fig. 1
