Abstract

Title:- A Specialized Pontoon for Deadweight Deployment in the Construction of Inland Reservoir-Based Floating Solar Farms. Abstract A specialized pontoon (1.1) provides a logistic solution for deadweight deployment in inland reservoir-based floating solar farm. This present invention designs and builds a specialized pontoon to transport deadweights from a pier or jetty to middle of the reservoir where anchor points are pre-determined. This specialized pontoon is improved from a conventional raft with angle bars (1.2); HDPE drum (1.3); I-beam (1.4); (d) I-beam (1.5); (e) motorized hoist system (1.6); (f) chain extension (1.7); (g) hook (1.8); (h) steel metal sheet (1.9); (i) engine (1.10) wherein said HDPE drums serve as natural buoyancy and also forming a stable platform for workers to perform their tasks.
