Abstract

A system includes: an electronic control device (41) that includes software for a plurality of vehicle specifications and performs setting of a vehicle specification by a parameter; a first setting device (12) that performs setting of the parameter to the electronic control device (41) before vehicle shipment; and a second setting device (32) that performs setting of the parameter to the electronic control device (41) of a vehicle after shipment, in which: the first setting device (12) generates signature data and sends setting information and the signature data to the electronic control device (41), in the setting of the parameter; and the second setting device (32) performs the setting of the parameter to the electronic control device (41) of the vehicle after the shipment, based on the setting information and the signature data that have been sent to the electronic control device (41) by the first setting device (12).
