Abstract

The present invention creates a grinding container of an agitator mill with a grinding container limitation and a cylindrical container jacket having an axial extension and resting against the grinding chamber limitation with an outer jacket and an inner jacket arranged concentrically with the outer jacket, wherein the grinding chamber limitation has a circumferential groove-shaped recess in the region of the inner jacket and a first axial end of the inner jacket can be sunk into the groove-shaped recess in response to temperature-related axial longitudinal expansion as well as an agitator mill with such a grinding container.
