Abstract

Embodiments of this specification provide an order management method and system, a device, and a storage medium. The method is applied to an order management system of a target merchant, the order management system includes a POS device and a service device, the POS device is located in an offline store of the target merchant, and the method is performed by the POS device and includes: generating an offline order based on an order placing operation performed by an operator on the POS device, and executing an offline order management procedure for the offline order; and receiving an online order of the target merchant from the service device, and executing an online order management procedure for the online order. The online order includes orders from a plurality of online channels. FIG. 3
