Abstract
Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) useful for preventing, treating, and / or acting as adjuvants in the treatment of c-MET and / or EGFR-related diseases are described. The ADCs comprise a bispecific antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising an arm specific for binding to EGFR and an arm specific for binding to cMET, conjugated to a cytotoxic drug.
