Abstract
A coupler (10) comprises a first end (14) for receiving a pipe section and a second end (16); and an insertion indicator (30) located between the first end (14) and the second end (16). The insertion indicator (30) comprises a rigid part (32) at least partially surrounded by flexible material (35), and the rigid part (32) flexes outward upon insertion of a pipe into the coupler (10).
