Abstract
A method is disclosed for processing adductor muscles of mollusks, preferably of marine bivalve mollusks. The method comprises inserting the adductor muscles into a drum of a tumbler device. The method also comprises inserting water into the drum ofthe tumbler device. The method also comprises rotating the drum while the drum contains the adductor muscles and the water for causing the adductor muscles to absorb the water.
