Abstract

The present invention. provides a sodiun1 ibandronateloaded polycaprolactone microsphere as well as a preparation method and a composite tissue—engineered bone thereof, and relates to the technical field of medicinal chemistry. The preparation method of a sodium ibandronateloaded polycaprolactone microsphere provided by the present invention includes the following steps: codissolving polycaprolactone and emulsifier in an organic solvent, and emulsifying to obtain a polycaprolactone emulsion; dissolving sodium ibandronate and p—aminophenol in dichloromethane to obtain a sodium ibandronate solution; mixing the polycaprolactone emulsion and the sodium ibandronate solution, crosslinking and drying the mixture sequentially to obtain the sodium ibandronateloaded polycaprolactone microspheres. The p—aminophenol in the present invention may prevent the polymerization of sodium. ibandronate; the PCL microsphere is a good drug carrier and sustained release carrier for sodium ibandronate, and the prepared sodium ibandronateloaded / PCL / CPC / CPPf composite tissue—engineered bone scaffold has good material properties and can provide immediate support force.
