Abstract

The present invention provides a detection primer pair and kit for rapidly distinguishing HLA—A*24:OZ / HLA— A*24:353 alleles, and an application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine. The detection primer for distinguishing HLA—A*24:OZ / HLA—A*24z353 alleles have a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:l—2. The present invention uses a fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method to distinguish the HLA—A*24:OZ / HLA—A*24:353 alleles, and can directly determine a genotyping result of a sample according to the amplification curve and whether there is a Ct value. The kit of the present invention solves the problem that the existing sequence specific primer (SSP) method can only distinguish the HLA—A*24:OZ / HLA—A*24z353 alleles through PCR amplification and nucleic acid electrophoresis, thus achieving fast and convenient detection.
