Abstract

The present invention discloses an open wagon for container transportation. Guide and limit devices are fixedly arranged at the four corners formed by the side walls and end walls on the floor of the open wagon body underframe. Each device is provided with: a transverse guide surface obliquely arranged along the lower part of the side wall, a transverse limit surface connected to the lower end of the transverse guide surface and vertically and fixedly connected to the underframe floor, a longitudinal guide surface obliquely arranged along the lower part of the end wall, and a longitudinal limit surface connected to the lower end of the longitudinal guide surface and vertically and fixedly connected to the underframe floor; the transverse guide surface is intersectingly connected with the longitudinal guide surface, and the transverse limit surface is intersectingly connected with the longitudinal limit surface. The guide and limit device of the present invention limits the longitudinal and transverse movement of the container to prevent excessive offset and unbalanced load; it can also assist in container dropping, guide the container, and realize safe and rapid container dropping; the cross-shaped support structure of the device enhances the bearing capacity for container transportation, ensuring that the container corner fittings are within the force-bearing support range when the container is offset.
