Abstract
A system for collision avoidance of vehicles, including a first vehicle and one or more other vehicles, wherein the first vehicle has a receiver for receiving vehicle information of the one or more other vehicles, a controller and a brake actuator, wherein the brake controller operates the brake actuator to apply a brake of the first vehicle automatically in response to detection of an unsafe condition determined from said vehicle infomation.
