Abstract
The present invention relates to a multispecific antibody comprising at least one FAPα-binding region comprising a first heavy-chain variable region and a first light-chain variable region; and a DR4-binding region comprising a second heavy-chain variable region and a second light-chain variable region. The invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies and their use in therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, particularly in cancer therapy.
