Abstract
The present invention relates to double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dRNA) agents and compositions that target the APP gene, as well as to methods for inhibiting the expression of an APP gene and methods for treating subjects who have an APP-associated disease or disorder, such as cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) and early-onset familial Alzheimer's disease (EOFAD or eFAD), using such dRNA agents and compositions.
