Abstract
A cable management device with thermal dissipation fins for photovoltaic installations, designed to improve the organization and thermal management of cabling in solar systems. The device consists of three main elements: a clamping clip (1), a support base (2), and heat dissipation fins (3). The clamping clip (1) is configured with a "U" shaped structure with curved ends, allowing the clamping of cables with diameters between 5 mm and 15 mm. This clamping clip (1) is fixed to the support base (2) by means of a pressure adjustment system or screws. The support base (2), made of anodized aluminum alloy, has a rectangular structure with fixing holes, as well as a stepped tooth system on its lower part that improves adhesion to the solar panel frame. The heat dissipation fins (3) are integrated into the support base (2) by means of thermally conductive rivets, presenting a honeycomb geometry with hexagonal perforations that optimize the thermal dissipation of the cabling.
