Abstract
The present invention relates to a multi-compartment emulsification unit with thermal control of the type comprising at least two thermal chambers (1, 2), with stirring means, connected to a main mixing and homogenization chamber (3) by means of phase transfer conduits (6) comprising control valves (7); and an electronic control system (5), characterized in that it comprises heating means integrated in the thermal chambers (1, 2); cooling means integrated in the thermal chambers (1, 2) and in the main mixing and homogenization chamber (3); a structural base (4), which supports the structural assembly of the unit, which integrates a hybrid energy supply system (9); and a rotor-stator (8) in the main mixing and homogenization chamber (3).The invention allows for reproducible thermal profiles, improves physicochemical stability, avoids the risk of degradation of the active components of the emulsion, and allows its use in environments with limited access to conventional energy sources.
