Abstract
The present invention relates to tricyclic PARP1 inhibitor compounds of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or stereoisomer thereof. In formula (I), ring A joined with X and Y is a 5-membered heterocycloalkyl or 5-membered heteroaryl; X is C, CH, or N; Y is C, CH, or N; R1, Rz, R2, R3, R5, R6, R7 is deuterium, halogen, or other elements; n is O-6; Z is N or CRz; R4 is deuterium or other elements; m is O-4; and R8 is hydrogen or other elements. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or stereoisomer thereof, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. These compounds and composition enable the treatment of cancer.
