Abstract
The invention focuses on the development of a mobile robot for the automated batching of concrete, designed to operate autonomously in the field, integrating mobility, classification, weighing, mixing, and concrete delivery functions into a single compact unit. The main purpose of the invention is to fully automate the concrete preparation and pouring process, with precise control of proportions, minimal human intervention, and the ability to operate in remote environments without access to conventional power. This device comprises five main sections: the first section encompasses the mobility and structural support system, consisting of the wheels and motors (2), the machine support structure (3), the machine support plate (3.1), the trailer hitch (3.2), the mixer displacement system (4), and its electric pistons (4).1); the second section covers the material transport, classification and storage system, consisting of the material transfer system (5), the motors to rotate the Archimedes screw (5.1), the material transfer pipe (6), the structure to identify the materials (7), the crushed stone separator (7.1), the sand separator (7.2), the cement separator (7.3), the material outlet (7.4) and the material storage tank (10); the third section corresponds to the automated dosing and weighing system, composed of the material weighing system and pistons (8), the built-in weight sensor (8.1), the electric piston to activate the outlet gate (8.2) and the ultrasonic level sensor (13); the fourth section contains the liquid mixing and dosing system, including the mixer rotation system (1), the 220 V geared motor (1.1), the water tank (14), 25 the centrifugal pump (16), the water piping system (17) and the flow meter (18); finally, the fifth section groups the control, monitoring and power supply subsystem, consisting of the control box (9), the power (9.1), power (9.2) and emergency (9.3) buttons, the HMI screen (9.4), the motor speed controller (9.5), the 12V battery (9.6), the PLC (9.7), the solar panel (15), the machine vision camera (11) and 30 the Shark sensor (12). This machine will significantly facilitate fieldwork by eliminating dependence on fixed installations, allowing controlled, continuous and precise dosing of concrete in remote areas, optimizing time, reducing human error and guaranteeing a homogeneous mix with high technical traceability.
