Abstract
The present invention describes a modular cultivation device designed to ensure the water autonomy and metabolic balance of plant species through the use of recycled polymers (PET). The hardware is characterized by a two-level architecture (upper and lower chambers) that physically segregates the functions of germination, nutrition, and hydration and oxygenation storage. The core of the innovation lies in the Anti-Stress Axial Architecture: Chamber B (substrate) is kept isolated from Chamber C (liquid) by a Gas Transition Chamber. The system is self-centering through axial gravity coupling, where the lid of Chamber B acts as a structural pillar on the pentaloid base of Chamber C, ensuring stability without chemical adhesives. This air space allows the roots to be continuously oxygenated before immersion, resolving the technical problem of root hypoxia and crown rot.Metabolic Rest: The device allows the plant to enter a state of enhanced nocturnal homeostasis. Through a cyclical evaporation cycle (34), water vapor in the lower chamber is enriched with bio-organic agents by gravity during irrigation in the upper chamber. The roots, floating in oxygen and vapor (33), do not expend energy on survival processes by asphyxiation, redirecting their metabolism towards vigorous external growth on the surface of the substrate chamber (32). Water Demand Management and Prophylactic Barrier: The system facilitates the plant's regulation of its water consumption on demand (20). Furthermore, the geometric fit between the chambers acts as a mechanical exclusion barrier against pests, sealing off insect access to the water reservoir and protecting the gaseous transition zone.Greenhouse Shield Management: The device leverages the enveloping geometry of the Hydration Chamber (11), whose walls project vertically to surround the base of the Substrate Chamber (10). This configuration creates a Perimeter Greenhouse Effect that stabilizes the internal microclimate temperature and protects the gaseous transition zone from external air currents. The structural integrity of this shield relies on load transfer to the pentaloid-shaped base of the lower chamber, which acts as a stabilizing center of gravity, allowing the hardware to withstand the weight of the foliar biomass without compromising the airtightness of the thermal protection system. Although the use of bottles is common, the technical configuration of the specific air chambers and the axial support provided by the bottle cap itself represents a significant advancement. While the prior art focuses on "watering more," this hardware focuses on "allowing the plant to breathe and recover." The integration of recycling as a structural chassis, along with steam thermodynamics, gives the invention a strong inventive step in the eyes of any patent examiner.
