Abstract

The present invention relates to a manual device for pitting and stuffing dehydrated drupes, which integrates the operations of gripping, removing the pit, and controlled insertion of a pasty filling into a single tool. The device comprises a base handle (1), an adjustable gripping mechanism (2) configured as a mandrel-type clamp that adapts to the contour of the drupe without damaging it, a detachable filling dispenser (3) provided with a plunger (31), and a pitting mechanism (4) with a pitting tube (40) guided by a lever (41) that moves along a rail (42). The dispensing container (3) is connected to an internal channel (32) which, together with the pitting tube (40) and the cavity of the gripping mechanism (2), is arranged concentrically, allowing the filling to be propelled directly into the drupe through the same working axis after the pit is removed.This configuration improves the accuracy, hygiene, and efficiency of the process, reducing the number of utensils and the dependence on the user's skill.
