Abstract

The present invention relates to a portable device for transporting medical supplies with a UV-C disinfection compartment and photovoltaic power supply, designed primarily to facilitate the work of nurses and primary care personnel in rural areas, medical brigades, and community health campaigns, especially in locations with limited access to hospital infrastructure or conventional electricity. The device comprises an expandable handle for ergonomic transport, a flexible solar panel for capturing solar energy, a supply compartment for storing medical supplies, a lower compartment with a cooler for the thermal preservation of sensitive supplies, and a disposable compartment for the temporary storage of biomedical waste. It also incorporates a fixed mesh and a fixed solid base as internal structural elements, at least one UV-C light for surface disinfection of stored supplies, a battery (preferably lithium), wheels with larger diameter rear wheels, USB and Type-C ports, a central controller, a cup holder, an accessory holder, and a device body preferably made of ballistic polyester technical fabric with a waterproof coating. The invention integrates transport, storage, disinfection, refrigeration, and autonomous power supply functions into a single portable structure, improving biosecurity, mobility, and operational efficiency during primary healthcare in the field.
