Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions, including oral compositions in tablet form, comprising aticaprant and methods for using the same to treat major depressive disorder (MDD) in a human patient. A pharmaceutical composition comprising 2 mg to 20 mg of aticaprant and a filler, wherein the composition comprises from 0.1% to 90% aticaprant by weight.
