Abstract

The present invention relates to a compound of formula (I), wherein, R1 is a C1-4 alkyl or a C3-5 cycloalkyl; R2 is a C1-4 alkyl; or R1 and R2 combine to form a 5-7 membered heterocycloalkyl; R3 is selected from the group consisting of C1-3 alkyl and halo; R4 is selected from the group consisting of C1-3 alkyl, halo, C1-3 haloalkyl, among others; m is 0, 1 or 2; yn is 0, 1 or 2.R5, R6 and R7 are defined as follows: (a) R6 has the structure of figure (a) and R7 is absent, R5 is selected from the group consisting of H, halo, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 haloalkyl, among others, R8 is selected from the group consisting of C3-6 cycloalkyl, among others; (b) R7 has the structure of figure (b): (i) R6 is H and R5 is selected from the group consisting of H, halo, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 haloalkyl, among others, or (ii) R5 is H and R6 is selected from the group consisting of H, halo, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 haloalkyl, among others; or (iii) R5 and R6 join to form a 4-8 membered heterocyclic ring, and R8 is selected from the group consisting of C3-6 cycloalkyl, among others.The invention also relates to a process for preparing the compound of formula (I), as well as to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and / or solvate thereof, together with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable diluents or vehicles. The compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt and / or solvate thereof, or the pharmaceutical composition, enables the treatment or prevention of a selected disease from among inflammatory, autoimmune, and fibrotic diseases, and cancer.
